Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the BCBA, the EI Registered Behavior Technician will:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children ages 5 and under in home-based or community settings
- Implement developmentally appropriate teaching strategies through play and natural routines
- Accurately collect and document data on goals and behaviors
- Support families and collaborate with caregivers to generalize skills
- Ensure therapy sessions are engaging, child-focused, and developmentally sensitive

Job Requirements:
- Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain with Key’s support)
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or minimum of 60 college credits
- Passion for working with young children and families
- Able to lift 30 lbs and actively participate in play-based sessions
- Dependable, collaborative, and eager to learn
